Q - When I place an order, how long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

A. Delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland

Free delivery in Ireland and Northern Ireland on all orders over €99. For orders less than €99, the delivery charge is €4.95.

Unless noted otherwise on the product page, all orders received by 11am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched on Monday (or the next business day).

Once dispatched, delivery will normally be made within 1-2 business days however this cannot be guaranteed.

For some items, such as washable rugs or weighted blankets, the dispatch time might be longer but this will be highlighted on the product page.

Q - What if my purchase got damaged on delivery?

A. We endeavor to get your order out to you as quickly and safely as possible. Unfortunately from time to time products will get damaged on route which is completely out of our control. Simply contact us and alert us of your issue at info@roomsforrascals.ie or by phone on +353863540616. Your custom is very important to us so we will always strive to resolve the issue in a speedy fashion.
